The system contains the user name and password where username could be anonymous. This is a customizable product which could be customized by the respective customer themselves. The product is capable of handling multiple companies, different teams and different problems in the same screen.
There may problems or policy where employees does not want to talk openly. But using this product, the employees could share everything openly providing feedback about the environment, policy,etc. Because of this, the HR can get the open feedback easily from this product instead of going to each employee. Since the feedback is anonymous, the HR gets the actual feedback. Not only that, the feedback happens through discussions and the employees can get the resolutions for their problems easily since many participants can provide the resolution online. There could be problems where employees may not want to discuss with openly with HR. But in this system employees can share it openly and the resolution through colleagues through the means of friendly discussion, which will help the company in reducing the employee attrition and improve the productivity.
